i just got back from pasadena, i was out saying hi to my friends maximo and elizabeth, they are brother and sister. they are also the coolest. they rock my sox off, in a real long term way.
we used to live next to eachother in santa barbara, and maximo and i spend many hours the past couple nights drinking, riding the subway, and doing stencils. then we wound up at this little vintage shop where a rapper named Bizzart was doing his insane little thing. He got so into his free-form percussion that he busted his clicky sticks on the cement floor of the building. he continued to attempt to drum with them until they were nothing but shards, then discarded them. his children (who were sitting right in front of him) immediately picked these shards up and continued the drumming, while Bizzart barked on.
alas, i had to return to the oc, but i dont quite mind as much knowing some of my great old friends from up north now live right around the corner. =]
youre myspace pictures are real cute denise. |

i was traveling, me and my party, but we were traveling in a very odd fashion. we were leaving this mansion, which aparently was up on a hill out in the wilderness. and the quickest way back seemed to be to straddle this wooden monorail-type track and slide/ride down it, while vaulting back and forth over its inconsistencies. after vaulting past the inconsistencies and getting past the alternate dimension of baloon shaped unsatisfied mice, there was a flexable bridge over a lake that we began to cross, but it became obvoius that the bridge was not meant to keep you above water. our weight caused the segements of the bridge to fold, bringing the bridge down to the lake bottom, i crossed by pulling ourselves plank by plank. i dont know if the others in my party survived. then i arrived at my dad's house, and was sitting in my room with Dana when my dad came in and threw a tantrum kicking dana out, which upset me. (very uncharactaristic of my dad, he is a cool guy) dana became upset and ran out the door, i went after her, but it was no use. i went back into my room and demolished it with superhuman strength, so much so that i was no longer mad but amused at my ability to swat the couch around the air like a fly. i then packed a bag and woke up.
0123456789abcdef i am attempting to learn hexadecimal. it is slightly confusing. each digit in the left=direction represents not an increase by a multiple of 10, but by 16 that and you throw in a few letters that represent digits higher than ten, and youve got a party, baby!
song: (kind of a show-tune) (and you must say california like kal-ifff-orr-nee-aaa, 5 sylibals, not 3 like cal if fornya for the song to sound right) why do people have no respect for californians? doo doo! why do they think all the people there, are stupid, sacks of shit? could it be that they think the whole world is california? doo! doo! and thus demand preferential treatment around the world! |

pinky and the brain is an allegory for a human mind.
pinky is the 'right brain' creative side, detached from the illusion of good and evil, yet far from buddhahood; content to live in nirvana and never return to samsara to help. self -good -evil = NARF!!! upon the realization of NARF, pinky discovered universal wierdness/beauty, yet gave up all connection to the material realm. there is no purpose in life therefore we may do nothing.
the brain is the intellect (so called 'left brain'), which prevents the anti-ego from starving to death, and, more importantly-- presenting the other side of pinky's psuedo-nihilism: there is no purpose in life, therefore we may do anything (take over the world, for example) without pinky, the brain would live a stiff and rigid, boring, menial, unimaginative life. without the brain, pinky would probably just eat his own shit until he died. or just sat in his apartment writing poetry about the dust bunnies until his house burned down. the brain cures pinkies writers block by keeping him busy, and the brain keeps pinky alive by taking care of life problems such as money, that the creative brain completely ignores.
in other situations, the brains comes up with insane ideas, but it is pinky's impulsiveness that makes them possible in practical reality. the brain is far too much of a prude when it comes to the goofy stuff.
i make myself sick with this shit. ok, so i guess i might write a paper out of this. i just came up with it pinky style a few hours ago, and now i'm just regurgitation it back. 'the brain' isn't quite working now, except in his most annoying fucntion-- shutting up the eccentric one. |
